Submitting a Ticket to SimSpace's Help Desk

To get help on anything in the SimSpace Portal, or just to ask a question, please submit a help desk ticket so it can be resolved.

How to Submit a Ticket:

There are three options for submitting a ticket:

  1. Send an email to support@simspace.com
  2. Using this helpdesk site: https://support.simspace.com/support/home (must be logged in)
  3. Use the Contact Support option in the Portal(only for cloud users)

a.From the Portal, click on your initials in the bottom left corner, and select the option to Contact Support:


b. Fill out the relevant fields for the ticket, and click "Submit." You may also search existing knowledge-based articles from the ticket pop-up window.

Note that to send attachments as part of your ticket, please email support@simspace.com






  1. In each case a ticket will be created and triaged to an appropriate team member.
  2. E-mails will be generated by the Help Desk system tracking the status of the help request
