To get help on anything in the SimSpace Portal, or just to ask a question, please submit a help desk ticket so it can be resolved.
How to Submit a Ticket:
There are three options for submitting a ticket:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Using this helpdesk site: https://support.simspace.com/support/home (must be logged in)
- Use the Contact Support option in the Portal(only for cloud users)
a.From the Portal, click on your initials in the bottom left corner, and select the option to Contact Support:
b. Fill out the relevant fields for the ticket, and click "Submit." You may also search existing knowledge-based articles from the ticket pop-up window.
Note that to send attachments as part of your ticket, please email email@example.com
- In each case a ticket will be created and triaged to an appropriate team member.
- E-mails will be generated by the Help Desk system tracking the status of the help request
