In order to view prior tickets submitted or browse a complete list of support articles, you will first need to log into the helpdesk platform. This can be done on the Login screen. Note that there are three different prompts for logging in:


If you have an account with our cloud-based platform, choose the third option. This will redirect you to the SimSpace Portal to login, where you should login. 


If you are using an on-premises SimSpace solution, you will instead want to use the default option on top. Note that before you can login however, that you will need to be sent an activation email from our Support Team. You can submit a request for this activation to be done by emailing [email protected]
