If you find yourself locked out of your Portal account, you may reset your password and create a new one by following these steps.


Note that if your organization has two-factor authentication enabled, you cannot reset your password in this manner. Instead, reach out to your organization's administrator(s) or submit a support ticket to reset your account.


Step-by-step guide

  1. Begin by navigating to the Portal login page, and click "Forgot Password?"



  2. Enter the e-mail address associated with your account, and send the e-mail to reset your password.

     


  3. Find your e-mails and find the one from accounts@simspace.com titled "Reset Password Request" and click the link in the e-mail. If you have not received a message from SimSpace, please check your spam folder.


  4. You will now be redirected to the Change Password screen and prompted to set a new password. Complete the form and click "Confirm New Password."
