Welcome to SimSpace! To begin using the SimSpace Cloud Platform, you must create your account. This account will also be used to access SimSpace's Help Desk and Chat (if applicable). Note that all SimSpace accounts are created only through invitation.

Step-by-step guide

  1. By now, you should have received a Welcome e-mail from accounts@simspace.com. Click the link in this e-mail and you will be redirected to the CyberRange account creation page.


  2. Enter your full name and create a password for your account. Note that your username for logging in will be the e-mail address that the Welcome e-mail was sent to.

     


  3. Your organization may have opted into using two-factor authentication. If this is the case, you'll be prompted to set that up next. This is compatible with most common 2FA apps. 
  4. Once these have been completed, you will be redirected to the login page. Enter your e-mail and newly created password to log in to the CyberRange.



If you believe you should have received an e-mail, but did not, please follow the accompanying steps:

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. Send an e-mail to support@simspace.com to create a HelpDesk ticket.


Note that at this time, accounts are only available to members of groups and organizations with SimSpace Contracts, and not for Individuals.
